Standard Delivery – £3.99
Typically delivery within 2 to 5 working days.


Express Delivery – £6.99
Within 1 to 2 working days (Mon - Fri). For delivery Monday - Friday, order by 2:30pm Friday. Excludes Bank Holidays. Excludes Direct Despatch styles.


Direct Dispatch
Products dispatched directly from the manufacturer may take up to 7 days to arrive.

Larger Items Delivery 
Some larger purchases may be delivered by other trusted couriers. You will receive a delivery text message giving you more detail. Your email address and mobile telephone number are both needed for Damart and our trusted suppliers to contact you.

How can I track my order?
If we have your email address on file, you’ll receive a tracking email from Evri once your parcel is on its way.

 

What’s in the email?
The email includes a direct link to Evri’s tracking and support page, with the option to raise an enquiry via the Evri Chatbot with your parcel details already filled in – no need to enter anything manually.

 

Evri Chatbot Direct Link – FAQ
Evri now supports direct links into their Chatbot, making it quicker and easier for you to get help with any queries relating to your parcel.

You can now access the Evri Chatbot directly from the tracking email you receive. The link takes you to the Contact Us page, where the chatbot automatically pre-fills the parcel information—no need to manually enter tracking numbers or postcodes.

 

How does it work?
• If we have your email address is on file, you will receive a tracking email from Evri.
• That email includes a special link to the Evri Contact Us page.
• Clicking the link you  are transferred straight to the Chatbot, with your parcel details already filled in.

 

Who gets this feature?
This is available to:
• All customers who receive tracking emails from Evri
• Provided your email address is associated with the order

If you don’t receive a satisfactory response via the Evri Chatbot, please contact our customer service team directly, and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Returns

If you don’t love your order, it’s okay. Returning it is a breeze! Returns start from £2.99. Larger items such as Jay-Be mattresses have a higher cost of £35 if you have changed your mind.

Simply choose one of the options below.

 

Safe collections
Evri have got this down to a tee and you don’t even have to wait in for them. Simply choose a safe place to leave your parcel, like a porch or a shed, let them know and they’ll collect it from there.

If you don’t have a safe place, let us know and we’ll arrange for Evri to collect your parcel from your front door.

Some larger purchases will be collected by other trusted couriers. To arrange the return, contact us by email CustomerSatisfactionTeam@damart.com

Our team work Monday to Friday and aim to reply within 48 hours, we may take slightly longer during peak periods.

A return collection email message with more detail and clear instructions on how to return the mattress will be sent to you by Jay-Be. Your email address and mobile telephone number are both needed for Damart and our trusted suppliers to contact you.

 

Return refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must notify us of the goods you wish to return within 14 days from the receipt of your parcel. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all accessories and in the original packaging, including any free gift(s).

Please ensure that if the item being returned is a Jay-Be mattress, it is entirely covered in either the original packaging or a suitable alternative.

Any additional charges, such as Express Delivery, are non-refundable.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or (if earlier) once you provide sufficient proof of return. Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement or bank account. 

Please keep a receipt or proof of postage from the delivery service. Without proof of return, we cannot issue a refund if the goods are not received. 

Refunds minus the returns charge will be credited to the original payment method:
Damart Personal Account: Reflected on your next monthly statement.
• If you have an outstanding balance, the refund will be deducted from it. 
• If your balance is already paid, it will appear as a credit on your account. 

Credit/Debit Card or Refund Cheque: Processed as appropriate. 

Paypal: We will automatically transfer the refund to your bank account.

We may contact you separately regarding the cost of your returned Jay-Be mattress return.


If we have your email address, we will let you know once we receive your returned items.

 
Jewellery Returns Policy 
For hygiene reasons, the following jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable: 
• Earrings 
• Bracelets 
• Necklaces 
• Watches 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you receive a faulty or damaged jewellery item, please contact our customer service team via livechat or email at customerservices@damart.com with photos and details of the products you want to return.

Couldn't be easier. There are two ways to take care of a collection.


1. We'll do it all for you

Just call 0871 423 4351*, and we'll arrange for an Evri courier to collect your parcel. First fill in the returns form and put it in your parcel. If you can use our original packaging, even better. Affix the Evri return label to your parcel - you'll find this on your delivery note. Then seal your parcel.

If you have paid for your order by debit/credit card, cheque or Paypal the £3.99 fixed price will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage. If you have paid using your Personal Account the same charge will be applied to your account.

2. Book it direct

Visit Evri to book your own collection. A courier will collect your parcel.

First, fill in the returns form and place it inside your parcel. If you can reuse our original packaging, even better. Affix the returns label that Evri emails you after booking. Do not use the label on your delivery note, as this won’t be valid for returns booked directly with Evri. Print the emailed label, attach it securely to your parcel, and seal it.

This service starts from £2.99, payable directly to Evri when booking.

You can track your return using the 16-digit barcode from your Evri label at evri.com.

Important: Larger purchases such as Jay-Be mattresses will be collected by other trusted couriers. To arrange the return, contact us by email CustomerSatisfactionTeam@damart.com.

These larger items cannot be returned via the Post Office.

 

You can take your parcel to any Parcelshop. They are open 7 days a week. First, fill in the returns form and put it in your parcel. If you can use our original packaging, even better. Affix the Evri return label to your parcel - you'll find this on your delivery note. Then seal your parcel.

You don't need to pay upfront for the return at the Parcelshop. If you have paid for your order by debit/credit card, cheque or Paypal the £2.99 fixed price will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage. If you have paid using your Personal Account the same charge will be applied to your account.

Don't forget, you can track your Evri return. Just use the 16 digit barcode and head to Evri.

First, fill in the returns form and put it in your parcel. If you can use our original packaging, even better. Affix the Royal Mail return label to your parcel - you'll find this on your delivery note. Then seal your parcel.

You don't need to pay upfront for the return at the Post Office. If you have paid for your order by debit/credit card, cheque or Paypal the £2.99 fixed price will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage. If you have paid using your Personal Account the same charge will be applied to your account.

Don't forget to ask for 'proof of postage' which you should keep until you've got your refund.

You can track your Post Office return. Just write down your reference number and head to Royal Mail.
